Here’s the perfect solution when wanting easy and quick access to your 1980-1996 Ford Bronco in-tank fuel pump, sending unit and the vent valve.
We created this Ford Bronco Gas Tank Access Cover as a great time saver when needing to change out a fuel pump on the road, trail or in the middle of the desert.
3D and CAD designed for the perfect fit! These access covers are Laser cut and CNC bent out of 16-gauge steel for strength and accuracy.
Installation is easy and can be done in about 20-30 minutes. Rivets are supplied. You can also use sheet metal screws or Rivnuts to gain easier access in the future.

Sturdy sheet steel, does a good job of covering the hole and holding up cargo.
Almost deducted a star because it doesn't really fit perfectly... if you drill all the holes and then put in the fasteners the last couple of holes won't line up anymore due to the thing compressing and distorting.... but if you drill/screw/drill/screw you'll be fine.
Also, I think self-tapping screws are a much better option than the pop rivets.
This thing is a life-saver.
