7.3 PCM Rebuild Service (1994.5-2003)

Did you accidentally remove your performance chip from the PCM while the key was on or with the vehicle running? Or has your PCM just stopped working? Diesel Technology of Chattanooga offers a comprehensive rebuild service to help get your PCM back in working order. They will also rebuild the rear PCM terminals if they show signs of being over-cleaned (copper color).

If your PCM is beyond repair, Diesel Technology will contact you to discuss your options.

Warranty Information:

• Diesel Technology guarantees that any PCM or IDM purchased from them will work properly for 3 years from the date of purchase, with no mileage limit.

• This warranty is valid only for the original purchaser and is non-transferable if the vehicle is sold.

• Important: Diesel Technology will not reimburse for diagnostics, labor, installation, towing, or any other expenses related to the failure of their products.

• Warranty does not apply if the vehicle exhibits rough running or misfires and non-genuine Ford or International valve cover gaskets, under valve cover wiring, or pig-tails are used.

How to Proceed:

1. Fill out the form [HERE] with detailed information about your vehicle’s symptoms and issues. The more details you provide, the better the testing process will be, and the more precise guidance Diesel Technology can offer for troubleshooting.

2. Include the form in the box with your PCM/IDM when sending it in for rebuild.

3. Provide the DPC Code from your original PCM. The DPC code is located on the main harness plug sticker, and this will help ensure the correct PCM is sent to you.
