Upper Radiator Hose with Billet Housing

This rubber molded hose replaces the upper radiator hose on the 1995.5-1997 Ford 7.3L and is shaped specifically for use with our billet thermostat housing. This hose will NOT work with the Ford RH110 1994-1997 OEM thermostat housing.

Made of high temperature silicon rubber, this should be the last one of these radiator hoses you ever buy for your truck.

Special Note: This new hose routes very close to the drive belt if you are not careful in your installation. The tip is to install the end on the thermostat housing first. Do not tighten the clamp yet. If the hose looks like it will hit the drive belt, rotate the hose clockwise a few degrees at a time until the hose clears the belt. Connect the other end on the radiator and check belt clearance again. Tighten clamps.

GASKET, CLAMPS, AND REPLACEMENT BOLTS INCLUDED!

If you've ever tried to change out your thermostat in the Powerstroke Diesel, you'll find that the factory thermostat housing leaves much to be desired. It is a very poor quality stamped steel that doesn't always seal properly when replacing your thermostat and they rust very quickly. The Billet housing is designed to be used over and over again and give you years of trouble-free service.......and it looks great too!

*Many 1994-1995 7.3L Powerstrokes came equipped with IDI cooling systems. If you have a steel radiator and the cap is on the radiator, this kit will not work. You must have the later cooling system with the plastic expansion tank with the plastic radiator cap in the expansion tank.
