Refund & Core Return Policy

Refunds

  • All refunds are issued to the original purchaser using the original payment method.

  • Refunds can be processed as:

    • 100% store credit (less original shipping cost), or

    • Refund minus a 25% restocking fee

  • Refunds may take 3–5 business days to process after approval, depending on your bank.

Core Credit Returns

  • Core returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase for full credit.

  • After 30 days, core credit refunds are at the discretion of CP Addict and may be subject to deductions.

Core Return Process

  1. Complete the Return Form to request a core return.

  2. CP Addict will email you an RMA number and detailed return instructions.

  3. Do not ship cores before receiving shipment instructions, as many cores are shipped directly to the manufacturer.

Important Core Return Guidelines

  • Use a carrier that provides package tracking to ensure safe and timely delivery.

  • Shipping costs for returning cores are not reimbursed.

  • All credits are issued after a thorough core inspection.

  • Please drain all fluids from the core before returning.

  • The returned core must match the original item in make, model, type, and part number.

  • Cores from salvage yards or junkyards will not be accepted.

  • Cores that are disassembled, missing major components, or damaged will not receive full core credit.

  • Cores that arrive damaged due to improper packaging may be subject to a reduced credit or refused.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at our discretion.
