Shipping & Delivery Policy
Product Availability
Placing an order on our website does not guarantee product availability.
If you need confirmation before ordering, please call us at (409) 383-6004.
Shipping Timeframes
All shipment dates are calculated in business days (Monday–Friday).
Example: If you place an order on Thursday before our cutoff and choose 2-day shipping, you can expect delivery on Tuesday.
Packages are not delivered on Federal holidays, so please keep this in mind when ordering expedited shipping around major holidays.
Expedited Shipping & Carrier Delays
Due to ongoing carrier restrictions, expedited freight delivery dates are not guaranteed.
If you pay for next-day or 2-day shipping and the carrier delivers later, we are not able to reimburse shipping charges from UPS, FedEx, or other carriers.
Order Processing & Cutoff
We typically ship orders within 1–2 business days after placement.
Orders placed on weekends will ship by Tuesday, and may ship by Wednesday if stock is limited.
We are closed on major holidays and weekends.
If your order is urgent, please call before 2:00 PM CST on a business day to help ensure same-day shipping when possible.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM CST may not ship until the following business day.
Shipping Location & Multiple Shipments
Not all products ship from our Texas warehouse. Some items ship factory direct, and orders containing multiple items may arrive in multiple shipments from different locations.

Free Ground Shipping
Free ground shipping may take up to 14 business days, though most orders arrive sooner.
Address Verification
Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.
We are not responsible for lost or delayed shipments caused by incorrect address information.
Address changes after shipment may result in additional carrier fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
Signature Required
Most orders require a signature upon delivery.
All orders over $1,000 or shipped outside the U.S. require a signature.
If you have specific delivery instructions, add them to the Order Comments section at checkout.
PO Box Restrictions
We require a physical address for most shipments.
PO Boxes may cause delays, as we will need to contact you for a physical address.
Saturday Delivery
Saturday delivery is not available through our website.
If you require Saturday delivery, please call us for a special shipping quote.
Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.
If an item is damaged, notify us within 5 business days so we can file a shipping damage claim.
If you report damage after 5 business days, we may be unable to file a claim or resolve the issue.
Weather & Force Majeure
Delivery delays caused by weather, natural disasters, or other “acts of God” are not refundable.
These events are outside our control.
No Mechanic or Repair Fees
We are not responsible for mechanic or repair fees caused by delayed parts or installation issues.
We provide estimated delivery times, not guarantees.
California Shipping Restrictions
Due to stricter emissions laws in California, some items cannot be shipped there.
We strive to note these restrictions on our site, but we may occasionally miss one. If you have questions, please call.
International Orders
Import, brokerage, or customs fees for international orders are the customer’s responsibility.
If unpaid, an invoice will be created and charged to the card on file.
Paperless Invoicing
We are paperless. The order confirmation email serves as your receipt.
Your package may include only a packing list and no invoice.
Flat Rate Shipping
Flat-rate shipping and handling is $14.95 for the continental U.S.
This rate applies only to packages under 5 lbs and within size limits.
(Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other territories are not included.)
Out of Stock / Backordered Items
If an item is out of stock or backordered, your order will be held until the item becomes available. We will contact you with one of the following options:

Hold the order until the item is restocked

Provide an approved alternative (if available)

Cancel the order
If you choose to cancel an order that has already been processed or partially fulfilled, a 10% cancellation fee will apply. This fee covers restocking, processing, and transaction costs.
