1999-2003 7.3L Non-EBV Outlet Flange

Exhaust Outlet - This is a full flow exhaust outlet without the Exhaust Backpressure Valve (EBV). Will fit all stock GTP38 Turbos from early 1999-2003 7.3L stock and Garrett GTP38R turbos with non-EBV pedestals.
