Unlike cheaper alternatives, this kit uses a machined aluminum spacer that will not deform or deteriorate over time. A zinc-plated steel spring retainer stud extender is included to ensure proper installation and safe operation.

🛠️ Alignment Considerations:

Due to manufacturing variances in 1990s-era trucks, each vehicle may require a different caster/camber bushing during alignment. In many cases, bushings greater than 2.5° are needed, and adjustable bushings often do not provide sufficient correction.

We recommend allowing your alignment shop to select the correct fixed-degree bushings based on your truck’s measurements. A reference link is provided if bushings are unavailable locally.

⚠️ Additional Fitment Note:

Some I-Beams feature a thicker casting ridge that may contact the knuckle when using high-degree bushings. This ridge provides no structural support and can be safely ground smooth to allow proper clearance.
