Utilizing hydraulic pressure from the power steering system, this upgrade significantly boosts your braking power, requires less pedal effort, and delivers a superior driving experience, especially when towing.

OBS Solutions kits are designed to seamlessly integrate with your existing master cylinder and power steering pump, allowing you to retain your original brake pedal and firewall mounting points for an effortless, bolt-on installation.

Optimized for Performance:

For trucks with Super Duty axles and rear disc brakes, we recommend using a 2005 6.0 master cylinder to achieve peak performance.

Kit Options:

Kit 1: Basic Hydroboost/Fittings ONLY

Ideal for trucks with original 5.0 or 5.8 engines or those with engine swaps like Cummins or LS conversions, this kit includes:
- Custom-assembled OBS Solutions NEW Motorcraft Hydroboost with pushrod clevis
- Mounting plate, hardware, and gasket
- Hydroboost fittings to -6 JIC (x2)
- Steering gearbox fittings to -6 JIC (x2)

Note: Additional lines and fittings tailored to your power steering pump and non-OE components are required. Use a stock Ford OBS master cylinder or an upgraded Ford master cylinder.

Kit 2: 1994-97 OBS 7.3 Powerstroke and 460 Gas Truck

Building on Kit 1, this option includes:
- Two pressure hoses
- Fittings compatible with your stock power steering pump
- Power steering return hose with required clamps and brass Y fitting
- Power steering pump fitting to -6 JIC (x1)

Kit 3: Ultimate Enhancement for 1994-1997 OBS 7.3 Powerstroke and 460 Gas Truck

Combining all elements of Kits 1 and 2, plus:
- A new 1999-2003 7.3 Super Duty power steering pump with an extra return line port, simplifying installation for running a hydroboost unit.
