This is an Inner Door Bracket that typically comes in the OBS Solutions Full Mirror Kit. 

We are selling these separately for people that have already installed Non-OBS Solutions single plate system. 

This helps reduce, but does not completely solve, all the shakiness from using a single plate mirror kit!
