    Super Duty Axle Swap Bracket Kit – 92-97 OBS Ford F-250/F-350

     

    Description:
    Over a year of prototyping and five years of on-road testing went into perfecting this Super Duty axle swap bracket kit. Built to solve common problems seen in other kits, it’s laser cut and CNC-formed from premium 1/4" A36 P&O steel—far superior to typical mill scale plate. Every component is engineered for maximum strength, precision, and clean fitment.

    Application:

    • Truck: 1992–1997 Ford F-250 / F-350 4x4

    • Axle: 2005–2016 Ford Super Duty Dana 60

    Kit Includes:

    • Coil Buckets (stock height or coilover)

    • Radius Arm Frame Brackets or 4-Link Brackets (driver & passenger)

    • Sway Bar Frame Brackets (driver & passenger)

    • Adjustable Panhard Bracket

    • Machined Pitman Arm (flat or drop style)

    • Grade 8 Hardware

    Donor Axle Requirements:

    • Front: 2005–2016 Dana 60 (F-250/F-350 8x170 bolt pattern)

    • Rear: 1999–2016 axle (2008–2016 preferred for leaf springs/brake upgrade)

    • Also compatible with factory Super Duty coils, radius arms, sway bar, and steering components

    Notes on Fitment & Lift:

    • Designed to provide 1–2" of lift over a stock OBS F-250/350

    • Factory 4400 lb “ADD” coil springs recommended for leveled setup

    • Coil buckets add ~1.5–2" of lift over spring height

    • Works with most aftermarket Super Duty lift coils

    • Compatible with all 1980–1997 F-Series frames; 1980–1991 may need 1/4" shim at panhard bracket location

    • ACD: 4000

    • ADD: 4400 (recommended)

    • AED: 4800

    • AFD: 5200

    • AGD: 5600

    • AHD: 6000

    Sway Bar Link ID Reference:

    • 2005–2007: bushing bottom, stud top

    • 2008–2010: bushings top and bottom

    • 2011–2016: stud top and bottom
