Alliant Internal Injector Harness – 1999–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke

Restore proper injector and glow plug operation with the Alliant Internal Injector Harness for 1999–2003 Ford 7.3L Powerstroke engines. Located underneath the valve cover, this harness provides the critical electrical connection between the valve cover gasket and the injectors and glow plugs.

Over time, heat, vibration, and age can cause the factory harness and connectors to become brittle, damaged, or lose connection. A failing internal injector harness can cause misfires, rough running, dead cylinders, intermittent injector operation, or glow plug issues.

Key Features:

  • OEM-Quality Replacement – Designed for proper factory-style fit and connection
  • Injector & Glow Plug Connections – Provides reliable power and signal inside the valve cover
  • Heat-Resistant Construction – Built to withstand the extreme temperatures under the valve cover
  • Direct Replacement – Installs in the factory location with no splicing or modifications
  • Ideal for Repairs & Preventative Maintenance – Great replacement when servicing injectors, glow plugs, or valve cover gaskets

Fitment:

  • 1999–2003 Ford F-250 Super Duty 7.3L Powerstroke
  • 1999–2003 Ford F-350 Super Duty 7.3L Powerstroke
  • 1999–2003 Ford F-450 Super Duty 7.3L Powerstroke
  • 1999–2003 Ford F-550 Super Duty 7.3L Powerstroke
  • Ford Excursion equipped with the 7.3L Powerstroke

Recommended Service Tip

When replacing the internal injector harness, we recommend inspecting the valve cover gasket, external electrical connectors, injector connections, and glow plug connections at the same time. Heat-damaged or loose connections anywhere in the system can cause similar running issues.

If you're chasing an intermittent miss, dead cylinder, or injector electrical problem on your 1999–2003 7.3L Powerstroke, replacing a damaged internal injector harness is a great place to start.
