Level out the stance of your 2WD Ford with the Complete Performance 2-Inch Leveling Kit. Designed specifically for the Twin I-Beam suspension found on 1980–1997 F-250 and F-350 2WD trucks, this kit provides approximately 2 inches of front lift while maintaining the factory-style ride.

The kit uses a machined aluminum leveling spacer for a precise fit. Unlike softer materials that can deform or deteriorate over time, the aluminum construction provides a solid, durable solution. A zinc-plated steel spring retainer stud extender is also included for proper installation.

This Complete Performance leveling setup has also been featured in Diesel Power Magazine on a 1995 2WD F-350 dually front-end upgrade.

These particular kits are being offered at a discounted price because they are BLEMISHED and did not meet our normal cosmetic standards. Blemishes may include scratches, scuffs, marks, finish imperfections, or other cosmetic defects that do not affect normal installation or function.

Important Alignment Information

Every one of these trucks is a little different after decades of use, repairs, suspension work, and normal production variations. Because of this, there is no single caster/camber bushing specification that will work for every truck.

The Twin I-Beam suspension works extremely well at factory ride height, but alignment becomes more challenging as the suspension is raised or lowered. With this leveling kit installed, a professional front-end alignment will be required, and some trucks may require a caster/camber bushing greater than 2.5 degrees.

We recommend having the alignment shop measure your individual truck first and then select the proper fixed-degree bushings based on those measurements.

On some I-Beams, the casting ridge may also interfere with the steering knuckle when high-degree alignment bushings are installed. Depending on the individual casting, minor clearancing of the non-structural casting ridge may be necessary to achieve full range of motion.
