When servicing or replacing your High Pressure Oil Pump, there’s no better time to upgrade the weak factory lines. These CNC Fabrication replacement HPOP lines are built for increased durability, improved reliability, and unrestricted oil flow on 1999–2003 7.3L Powerstroke engines.

Manufactured in the USA, these hoses eliminate the factory quick-connect (STC) fittings at both the pump and cylinder heads, replacing them with proven early-style fittings used on 1994.5–1997 Powerstrokes.

• Burst Pressure: 16,000 PSI

• Nominal Working Pressure: 5,000 PSI @ 72°F

• (2) High-pressure oil hoses

• All required replacement fittings for pump and cylinder heads

Installation Notes:

• Pump fitting torque: 28 ft-lbs

• Head fitting torque: 23 ft-lbs

• Hose end torque: 21 ft-lbs

• Remove spring checks from pump under stock fittings during installation
