7.3L Powerstroke Glow Plug & Relay Kit – Motorcraft Glow Plugs | 1994–2003

Replace the glow plugs and glow plug relay at the same time with this complete kit for the 1994–2003 7.3L Powerstroke.

This kit includes a full set of 8 Motorcraft glow plugs along with a replacement glow plug relay. A good glow plug system is especially important during cold weather when weak plugs or a failing relay can cause hard starting, extended cranking, or excessive white smoke at startup.

• (1) Glow plug relay

Motorcraft Glow Plugs

Motorcraft glow plugs are built to Ford specifications and are the recommended replacement for the factory glow plugs. Using the correct glow plugs is especially important on the 7.3L because poor-quality aftermarket plugs can swell or fail and become difficult to remove.

Glow Plug Relay

The included relay replaces the factory glow plug relay and supplies power to the glow plug system. If you're replacing a full set of glow plugs due to hard-starting or cold-weather issues, replacing an old or questionable relay at the same time can save you from having to diagnose the system again later.

NOTE: Verify your application before ordering, particularly on early 1994 trucks. This kit is intended for 7.3L Powerstroke engines, not the earlier 7.3L IDI diesel.
