Replace old, dry-rotted, cracked, or leaking EGR spacer coolant hoses with this EGR Spacer Coolant Line Kit for 1992–1996 Ford Bronco applications.

From the factory, coolant is circulated through the EGR spacer using hoses connected at the front and rear of the spacer. After decades of engine heat and coolant exposure, these small rubber lines can become hard, brittle, cracked, or begin leaking.

This kit provides new coolant-rated rubber hose and four clamps to replace the aging factory lines. The hose is supplied in a cut-to-fit length, allowing you to trim each section to match your particular installation rather than relying on old, preformed hoses.

The front coolant line runs from the front of the EGR spacer to the heater tube nipple, while the rear line runs from the back of the EGR spacer to the lower intake.

Replace the Lines Before They Become a Problem

These hoses are easy to overlook until one begins leaking. On an original truck, the rubber may have been subjected to more than 30 years of heat cycles. If you're already servicing the cooling system, intake, or EGR spacer, replacing these lines at the same time can save you from having to go back into the area later.

Simply measure and cut the supplied hose to the required lengths, route the front and rear sections in the factory locations, and secure them with the included clamps.

EGR spacer and other cooling system components are not included.
