DJM Complete Lowering Kit (3/5 Drop) (1987-97)
If you try lowering your F150 with springs, you get into trouble. "Lowering" springs can cause alignment issues you just can't correct! That's why we recommend DreamBeams! DJM's exclusive tubular construction is the most accurate lowering beam anywhere. They use thick walled DOM tubing, nested, welded in the fixture, giving you full alignment adjustment. The fabricated "I-beam" variety of parts suffer from "weld creep" as they are welded, which simply means they warp. You only need to remove the factory beams and replace with DreamBeams and you'll have a 3" drop with the factory coils, full suspension travel and all the goodness that comes with that.
A set of DJM’s famous Dream Beams in the front gives you a 3" drop by replacing your factory beams with the DreamBeams. A Hanger/Shackle kit in the rear brings it down 5″ to give you a great muscular stance from a 3/5 lowering kit!
This kit will work on your 1987-97 F150 2WD. No need for special alignment bushings etc. You can also purchase this kit with the bundle of your choice of front, rear, or both front and rear shocks.
