  • Two Premium Pump Options:

    • Walbro GSL392: Supports up to 250cc/100% injectors. Perfect for high-performance applications. If you face issues with fuel pressure at higher injector sizes, our additional kits address selector valve and pickup tube concerns.
    • Bosch 69136: Handles up to 180cc/30% injectors. Known for reliability, but ensure testing at wide-open throttle for best results.
  • New Enhancements (as of 3/14/24):

    • Dual Billet Aluminum Filter Bases: Featuring a removable stainless steel filter nipple and improved port sizes. Reduces size, weight, and fittings while maintaining flow. Includes built-in vacuum and pressure ports.
    • Stainless Steel Brackets: Laser-cut with stainless steel hardware. Designed to mount the kit on either the inside or outside of the frame rail, ensuring compatibility with parking brake cables and preventing filters from hanging below the frame.
  • Installation Details:

    • 18” Overall Installed Width: Fits most trucks; regular cab 4x4s require external frame rail mounting.
    • Complete Fuel Bowl Delete: Replaces all factory fuel lines except rear head lines. Optional replacement lines are available separately.
    • Regulated Return System: Features FueLab 3-port regulator.
    • T4 Turbo Kits: Optional T4 mod bag available. Installation does not require turbo removal.
    • Parker 801 Push-Lok Hose: Sufficient hose included for a crew cab.

Important: When installing NPT fittings into the heads, tighten by hand and then an additional 1.5-3 turns. Ensure ports are clean to avoid damage. Marty’s Diesel is not responsible for head damage from improper installation.

For the OBS Walbro fuel system, check out these videos. This first video is kind of outdated when describing the kit and you do NOT cut the rear of head lines.  However everything else in this video is on point.  As of right now, our website is 100% up to date. The bags you receive should be the same as what you see online. With the exception of 4 additional parts they now send in 2 bags. 1: front of head fittings and 2: extra's.

All kits now include fittings that go into the heads that require all of the teardown of the original video. 4x6 adapters to locate your regulator outside of the valley. Different 4x6 adapters to locate your regulator in the valley directly off your factory lines (preferred, easiest install.)

If you experience an issue with your fuel system, please follow these 2 diagnostic videos before you call in. Make sure you check the power and ground at the pump and run this system on it’s own fuel supply. More than 80% of "fuel pump problems" are pre-pump issues.
