Looking to add an intercooler to your 94–97 OBS Powerstroke with a T4 mount? The Mishimoto Performance Intercooler is a proven fit. With simple frame tab welds and upper mounting brackets, this intercooler installs cleanly after cutting the core support—no major fabrication needed.

Originally designed for the 1999–2003 7.3L Powerstroke, this high-performance intercooler features a robust bar-and-plate core, TIG-welded aluminum end tanks, and a larger volume for improved airflow. It reduces intake air temperatures and EGTs while minimizing pressure drop—boosting turbo longevity and engine efficiency.

Note: 1994–95 trucks with radiator cap on the radiator will need to upgrade to a 95–96 radiator and degas bottle.
