Developed with feedback from real OBS owners, this kit is engineered to retain factory OBS leaf springs while delivering a bolt-on installation that requires no frame or bumper modifications.

  • OEM Spring Compatibility – Must be used with factory OBS leaf springs or exact-length replacements

  • No Major Mods Required – Bolts directly to existing frame holes, clears all factory bumper mounts and components

  • Improved Ride Quality – Relocates the shackle to the rear of the leaf spring, allowing impacts to transfer rearward for smoother handling

  • Heavy-Duty Design – CAD-modeled, modular 3-piece system ensures strength, adjustability, and simple install on older frames

  • Crossbar Support – Includes a heavy-duty crossbar that ties hangers together and reinforces the frame

🛠️ Installation Notes:

  • Designed for 4x4 boxed frame rails

  • For 2WD open frames, the Front Frame Rail Box Kit (sold separately) is required

  • Will reuse OEM leaf hanger under the body mount on 4x4 chassis

  • For 2WD conversions, the Shackle Pivot Bracket (sold separately) is required

  • Some aftermarket springs (especially Pro Comp) are shorter than OEM spec and will cause geometry/axle placement issues — use OEM-length springs only
