85-91 F-250/F-350 2" Front Shackle Reversal Kit – For Dana 60 Swap (Black Powder Coat)

Improve ride quality, level your truck, and upgrade your suspension geometry with this 2" Front Shackle Reversal Kit—now available in black powder coat. By relocating the shackle to the rear of the spring, this setup eliminates the weak OEM design and allows better spring movement and ride compliance. It’s designed specifically for 85–91 F-350 / F-250 trucks, but can be adapted to 80–91 Bronco and F-150/250/350 models using the 2WD kit and proper spring configuration.

This kit is ideal for solid axle swaps using a Dana 60 or Dana 50 TTB, and it clears 35" tires with only minor trimming. Whether you're upgrading ride comfort or doing a 2WD to 4WD conversion, this kit provides a clean, functional solution with quality hardware and factory fitment.

Kit Includes:

  • Front Shackle Hanger (Powder Coated Black)

  • Inner Frame Plates (Weld-On – Raw Steel)

  • Shackles w/ Poly Bushings and Sleeves

  • Frame & Spring Mounting Hardware (Grade 8)

  • Shouldered Frame Sleeves

  • All Necessary Bolts, Washers, and Nylock Nuts

Fitment:

  • Truck: 85-91 Ford F-350 / F-250

  • Axle: 85–97 Dana 60 or Dana 50 TTB w/ Sky’s Drop Brackets

  • Springs: 80–97 Ford F-350 52" Leaf Springs

  • Note: Use 2WD frame plates for 2WD conversions—requires custom measuring and no install instructions are included for these swaps.

Install Notes:

  • Some rivet holes may require slight die grinding to align.

  • Front frame horns may need to be pulled together for proper hanger fitment.

  • Spring length differences (due to re-arching for lift) may require installing the hanger with one bolt to confirm shackle angle before final drilling.

  • Minor trimming of sway bar or extended links may be necessary.
