Put your power to the pavement and eliminate axle wrap with this heavy-duty traction bar kit. Ideal for lifted or high-horsepower trucks, this system reduces axle rotation, prevents leaf spring fatigue, and helps you launch straight without wheel hop or slippage.

3.5" Axle Tubes: Fits standard Ford axles; Dana 80 axles with 4" tubes require modification.

Airbags Recommended for Towing: Traction bars do not add load capacity. Use airbags if tongue weight exceeds 500 lbs.

Powder Coating: Included on traction bars only; brackets ship raw for weld installation.

Built-to-Order: Please allow 1 week for fabrication and 1 additional week for powder coating.
🛠 Installation Overview:

Bolt together the system loosely.
-
Jack axle into position and ensure axle brackets hang vertically.

Weld axle brackets in place (use angle finder for symmetry).
-
Slide frame brackets on, mark, drill, and bolt (or weld) them in place with the truck sitting under its own weight.
This is a must-have upgrade for any OBS or Super Duty owner tired of axle wrap, leaf spring fatigue, or traction loss. Built to perform and made in the USA.
