  • Optional bolt locations for additional clearance when installing an intercooler (requires drilling two 1/2” holes per side).

• Improved Ride Quality:

  • Relocates the shackle to the rear of the spring, eliminating resistance when hitting bumps.
  • Uses longer Super Duty leaf springs, allowing smoother suspension movement.

• Three Lift Height Options:

  • The kit itself provides lift, but final ride height will also depend on the Super Duty spring code used.

• Heavy-Duty Construction:

  • Includes a 1/4” wall square crossbar that reinforces the frame and stabilizes the front hangers.
  • Precision laser-cut brackets for superior strength and longevity.

Fitment & Important Notes:

✔ Designed for 1992-1997 OBS Ford F-250 & F-350 4x4 with a boxed frame rail.
✔ If using a 1999-2004 Super Duty axle, select the SD Axle configuration for proper fitment.
✔ For open frame rails: You must purchase the Front Frame Rail Box Kit (sold separately).
✔ For 2WD Trucks: You will need to source shackle pivot brackets or purchase our adjustable replacements.

🚨 Leaf Spring Requirements:

• You MUST use OEM 1999-2004 Super Duty Leaf Springs or aftermarket springs that match the exact 55 3/8” eye-to-eye length.
• Some aftermarket springs, especially Pro Comp leaf springs, are too short, causing issues with axle placement and shackle geometry.
